[Crash on login]

For months now ive been unable to play the game when ever i try to login it first says theres another connection somewhere else and asks me if i would like it to be terminated then requiring a code which is send to my email after logging in succesfully the game closes immediately making the game unplayable ive redownloaded the game on steam stand alone from the website from discord countless time ive also deleted all Razer software but still this happens does annybody have anny idea what could be causing this issue if needed il provide a video showing what i mean i would like to be able to play this game since ive spend hundreds of dollars on it
