So the thing is, I invited some friends over to my house to relax a bit and one of them played in my ps4 account. The problem is that he wrote  the n word in region chat and now Im suspended from chat. I know of the zero tolerance policy and thats why I never use these words but he did and now I am afraid of being permabanned or suspended thanks to this guy

Contact support, but also don't let idiot friends use your account.

Let others use your accounts = trouble. Learn from that mistake. Also, if you've permanently lost your account you can simply claim your lost plat and time spent from your friend. Let him pay up and learn to not be a complete imbicile. And then also kick his ass and never talk to him again.

The thing is that this happened yesterday and I saw that being banned is fast but I can still play the game so maybe they are checking it out

We on the forums cannot assist you regarding in-game suspensions. You will need to contact DE's Customer Support using a support ticket to discuss or appeal the issue.
