Cataclysm, Stasis, Rift Walk randomly stop working / having any effect in Cambion Drift

Experienced while playing solo bounties in the Drift: without any visible cause, casting Cataclysm and Stasis occasionally has no effect on the Infested in the Drift. They merrily move in and out of the bubble like it doesn't exist. Similarly, on my end as a player, when this happens, I can fire from within the bubble of the Cataclysm and hit enemies outside of it (and further they can hit me / whatever is inside the bubble from outside of it).

In a similar vein, when this bug happens, Limbo's Rift Walk passive does not work. I cannot enter the Rift. Performing Rift Walk instead produces the same ability flash, audio cue, and lack of effect as it would while performing Rift Walk in the transition / waiting area for Cetus when returning from the Plains back to Cetus.
