Hunting velocipods is pretty easy stay on foot and follow the rivers as they seem to spawn alot more if you're not flying around and they tend to spawn in groups that are mix of subspecies.

Muscle mass is from one of the cave fish but i haven't figured out what correlate to what since new open world so new gish and parts. But you can get this random from crates sobthe isolation vault can be a good alternative

Actually its going to take longer because they increased the standing cap per rank by 10%
