XTROPrime
If you have limbo, limbo can do it all by himself. 1.) when attacking the coolant Raknoid, all he had to do is banish the nearest one and the enter the rift and then kill it. and pickup the cannister. 2.) archwing over to a thermia fracture and put the cannister in. Then enter the rift and roam around just away from the fracture so you are not effected by any of its burps. The cannister is surprisingly able to survive the onslaught unattened, and roaming around the fracture attracts enemies to you and away from the cannister. 3.) When the cannister is full, archwing over to it and grab it and archwing out of there. Rinse and repeat three more times and head for Fortuna. Just beware of the flying melee guy that can knock you away from the cannister.. And beware of a nullifiier if it show up.
(PSN)Dr_Bruiser
I haven't done this event since the first release but have finally run out of thermia and was planning to try a couple solo runs with Limbo. Have you tried shuttling more than one cannister to the fracture before starting to seal, or do you have to have more than one player in the squad in order to load more than one at a time? XTROPrime
No, I never tried more than one cannister at time. I've always played solo. I suppose you can kill a Raknoid, take its cannist to the outside of the Fortuna building, and repeat more than once. Then find a Thermia fracture and proceed to go back and forth loading it up. Then grabbing each one as it fills. etc. My question is, how does the misson timer for the thermia cannister handle that? Isn't it set up to handle only one thermia cannister at a time? Don't forget that there are melee guys that can throw you around even if you are Limbo in the Rift. It not entirely safe being Limbo.

The Timer extends for each Cannisters that gets added to The Fracture.... While it doesn't extend to 4x the duration of one cannister it's still long enough that it almost makes no difference. In any case... the way I did it was I would kill a Raknoids and then go looking for a fracture... Once I found one I would leave the cannister there and leave a way point while I go get 3 more Cannisters.... Then I drop all 4 cannisters in the Fracture at the same time.... So, I tried this by picking up one canister, dropping it at a fracture (with a waypoint), pick up a second canister, then start using your Limbo method. It worked quite well, with the double canister taking 125% of the normal time. I needed to pick up 1 more canister to combine with the half full one to finish with 2 fissures. I wouldn't be confident that the canister would survive with all 4 at once, since it was down to about 30% health when it completed both times. This took two rounds rather than 4, so seemed slightly faster and was much better than my previous attempt with Limbo using cataclysm and stasis to try to protect the canister. Isn't it set up to handle only one thermia cannister at a time? To clear things up, each fracture could hold up to 4 canisters. The filling time would be increased by 50 seconds per additional canister, making the original 3mins with 1 canister sealing becomes 5m 30s with 4 canisters. Despite the enemies alert level increases, the canister would be filled up instantly after 5m 30s for sealing 1 fracture instead of 12mins+ for sealing 4 fractures with 1 canister. Not to mention the time needed to locate new fracture. The condition of putting 4 canisters together is within the first 30 seconds from the start of the sealing. When 30 seconds past, no additional canister could be inserted. So if you want to put 4 canisters solo, gather and drop 3 canisters around the fracture first, then insert all 4 of them quickly. Good thing about being in solo. Significantly less/none nullifiers would be spawned even with 4 canisters, the only thing that would screw up the farm pretty badly. Nullifier Burp could cancel limbo's ability easily. Personally I use vauban or khora for CC, while casting the ability ~20m away from the fracture. taiiat
if you're not all that confident gear wise, the basic one Canister is the easiest, and as long as you have the Mods to Kill Enemies, you should do okay then. if you don't have great Mods and so your Damage is so-so, then perhaps take some Abilities that can prevent the Canister taking Damage. because i find Thermia Fractures to be acceptable despite being Timermode squared, i put it up to one additional Canister since IIRC you only start to get Nullifier pulses at +2 or more Canisters, so i go with +1 when i'm not in the mood for picking particular Warframes (which is most of the time).
