What to do when the esophage doesn't work and the flesh walls are closed

As stated in the title, I don't really know what to do to get out of the isolation vault.

I got host migrated (at this point I think the guy also didn't find a way to get out), and I have been stuck for over an hour because nothing is working. Tried backtracking after the esophage didn't even give a prompt to interact, but I found that the wall is closed, dying or using unstuck won't do anything.

I've run four isolation vaults since launch and each time I've had to abort because the esophage doesn't open or give an interact prompt. Potentially worth noting is that it also doesn't have collision for me.
