Isolation Vault Nechramech Puzzle Crash

I was doing the Isolation Vault bounties and got the facility where there is a puzzle to open a portal in the spinning rings. I completed the puzzle and went into the portal. There I found a broken nechramech I could use my operator to rebuild. I did so and left through the portal with the mech and the game crashed. 

I had just completed the third vault too! 😞
