nercamech ability lock and spasing

when entering a downed nercamech ability are hit or miss to all player, you might not have access to use them. if another player activate a down mech and gets out and you get in it can cause the  mech to spas out and not be able to preform most actions. Alos activating the unlimate(fourth ability) can lock the mech gun system and ability use make you a walking punching bag no melee gun or ability.
