Enemy drought in "control" based bounty stages while playing solo

It is an established fact that enemy spawn rates are directly related to the number of squad members. As such, the open world control bounties that ask for a constant stream of kills is cumbersome at best when playing solo. The combination of sporadic enemy spawns (often cutting off spawning for the better part of a minute), the reduced spawnrate in solo, and (should the player have unfortunate timing,) the day/night cycle corresponding to low spawnrate, success becomes highly unlikely, let alone the goal of keeping control at 50% or above.

Would you consider bumping up spawns on these missions?
