Obtaining bonus in uploading data bounty

How do you ensure that the corpus guy uploads all of the data in time for the bonus? I've noticed that you can interact with him after you collect the 25 things for him. Does it require each group member to interact with him? Thanks.

From the test's I've done with my play group the conclusion is that seemingly he always stands still uploading for a fixed time and every time he takes a hit upload progression is delayed. Meaning if he takes a certain amount of hits he won't upload it all before his uploading animation finishes.

you've got to make sure he doesn't get hit I think. like, at all. Hard CC like Bastille or Strangledome can keep the infested away, but you also gotta watch for ranged attacks, and those damn tentacles from the Jugulus enemies. T5 bounties seem to spawn the biggest bois as often as runners, it gets pretty mad.

I finally got bonus on one of those today, and it was some work. The thing that did it for us was a low range, high duration Limbo, so that enemy ranged attacks didn't work on him. We also had a Vauban CC'ing stuff that got near, but I'm not sure if that would be strictly required or not. Even with all of that, he got the last tick less than half a second before the mission ended. It seems to just be tuned way, way too high.

Yeah, near as I can tell in a group of 4 players he can't be hit at all to get the bonus.
