Names cannot be seen in Dojo's Trade Center

Yesterday and the few days ago, I and more players have experienced seeing no names in Dojo's Trade Center, so we could not trade at all even with stable internet connection and making sure that we are near the Trade Center. I hope this gets noticed soon!
