Fortuna and orb vallis missions

There seems to be some kind of bug going on with some of the vox salaris missions,for example,when vox sends me to a location to investigate a camp,i cant interact with the bodies found on the ground which eventually leaves me with failing the mission.Ive done this twice now and both times the interaction button does not show.Another thing i found unfortunately is that when i began to fish in a cave in orb vallis all of the fish i captured seemed to have disappeared when i returned to fortuna,which is a little confusing because although none of the fish were captured,my dye did not return.Hopefully someone takes note of this and looks into it.Thank you
