How many son tokens he give to you if you give an infested kavat/kubrow? It will be awesome to be 5 or 10 so we can farm the 10 needed for Rank 3

The tiny flaw in your plan is that you need to spend 10 tokens to gild it, allowing it to be healed. It doesn't make sense to farm the tokens so you can donate your pet to get the tokens.

Just found out, my max rank (lvl 30) sly vulpy (non-gilded) gave me 10 son tokens. This is the way to go for son tokens I think. Going to try again with the same loadout to see if it is farmable way to get son tokens

FYI it was sly vulpy-arda-desus combo.

It’s one of the options in “Son”. I don’t remember what it is called, but it’s the bottom one. It gives a menu about gilding/donating/renaming.

experimental procedures and there is no donating...there is just gild,release and last 1 is entitle....and thats it. Do i need to create new infested pet in order to have this option? 🤔

the second option "release" IS the option you pick, since you "release" the pet to Son (who in turn mentions he wants' to release the animal back into the wild) aka donate it.

Please let me know where I can find information on this whole process (pet types used, rewards, etc) and if I can just bypass conservation altogether.

Sorry Mate, everything I know has been just using ingame UI, google-fu might be your best bet. You only need 1 son token to rank up to rank 3 now, though you still need the 5 bird tags and 1 special doggo tag to rank up,but conservation is STILL mandated if you want to rank up entrati/get helmith segment.

Many topic/video here in this forum have helped me get those 5 achi-tags in about a hour, and if you fly around with the tranq rifle when the yellow worm-god is active there are many random spawns of doggos/cats, but beyond that I can't help more other than to wish you luck!
