Scintillant, the much more than 'rare' resource

So, at the moment I've done around 100+ bounties (both T1 and T2), and lots of vaults and I'm sitting on 2 Scintillants.

The problems regarding its drop rate are:
T1 bounty: still a rare reward.
T2 bounty: common, but:
1. Common table is dilluted by other things.
2. The commons are more rare after each bounty step/rotation.
Isolation rooms: They still didn't spawn even once for me, was running coordinated team that was always actively looking for them.

My question is simple, is it going to be addressed? I still didn't hear anything regarding actually making it OBTAINABLE, only promises to "Making sure people know that they also spawn in the vaults" which doesn't really do help with anything when spawn rates are totally bonkers.

Yeah. I did vaults for over 2 hours last night and no one in any group ever saw  single one floating around.

The scints are absolute bull**** to farm.

The only way I've gotten any so far (a whopping TWO!) was to keep running the bounty that has it as a 'common' reward and leave right after the first part completes. I've gotten 2 in about 17 bounties.

Yep. I love not being able to build the warframe that I have all the parts for, because this 1 single resource is just non-existent. I've managed to get 1, on my first ever bounty to try farm them. I thought "Oh I already got one, this should be easy". Oh how I was wrong. After hours of farming the T1 and 2 bounties, I got nothing. I decided to try the vaults - nothing. It's literally even rarer than steel essence.

Like you said, they're not even addressing how unobtainable this resource is. It would be "fine" if you just needed one of it to build things, but you need 5 for Xaku, 5 for the new melee, and Father sometimes needs 6 of them for his tokens. What a joke.

T1 bounty is the way to go. No double RNG due to it being the only rare reward.

Bounty loot table is misleading at best. It suggest same drop rate as Cetus and Fortuna. Where stage-1 of a 3-stage bounty have precisely 20% chance of dropping one of 5 common drops.

It's works perfectly fine in Cetus and Fortuna. But here it absolutely no way Scintillant have 20% drop chance. All i am getting is either 600 endo, or one of two lenses. Taking that i'v done over 100 bounties at this point, real drop chance is either bellow 1% for common drops, or it's not in coomon drops at all...
