Is anyone else getting perpetual twitch drops?

I know this probably isn't the place to post this, but is anyone else getting constant twitch drops despite not having any streams open at all? I've gotten like six of the cards in the past couple hours, despite not watching a stream since yesterday...

I think it ques up deliveries, so your getting the backlog. I was getting more yesterday after i finished watching, but they had an earlier timestamp.

I haven't been on to play yet today, but when I was streaming the first day I got two cards for each 20 minute segment. Maybe those are duplicate ones that got backlogged or something....

Nope, i can confirm after logging in just now, perpetual twich drops.
