Operator Jumps instead of Void Dashing/Necramech and Vault Crystal not Spawning in Vault runs

This has happened multiple times where I am unable to Void Dash unless I go leave the mission/go to orbiter. This seems to only be happening on Deimos. I'm guessing the bug could be attributed to the areas that disable abilities when you stand in them not having their triggers turn off after leaving them for some reason. I always notice it when it happens because I rely greatly on transference to move around. This is one of the most annoying bugs.

The second one that I've noticed is the Necramech refusing to spawn, or the crystal, or both during vault runs. The dialogue will play out with Loid, but the mech will just refuse to spawn after searching the area. The missing mech happened on a solo run, and the missing crystal happened in a public squad run.

I have ran into both of theses issues last night and again this morning.

The void dash issues happened part way through the second vault run while inside the vault.

The vault crystals not spawning it seems to be a client side issue for me as other members of my party were able to see them and activate them.

Update: Looks like the void dash becomes disabled after the necromech uses an ability to disable Transference.

The operator void dash seems to happen as soon as you meet the first mech. I'm not sure if void dashing triggers it since I always void dash at some point. There is a sort of work around, in that if your operator is falling in void mode near a mech you may be able to void dash once, but otherwise the operator is busted in fights with mechs.

There is also a second variant where the operator can become disabled and you get the abilities in use + blue lines like being in a nullifier bubble.

If someone is looking into this, both happened for me during solo play.

identical for me: sometimes the simple change of Cycle on field is enough to block the dash (the operator will "jump" instead, sort of reduced gravity) while the other capacities work. 
It is very penalizing solo when using Magus Lockdown (or others requiring the dash). : longer, more risk, irritating

-ad doing some bounties AND endless excavation, I must leave as soon as a "friendly" Necramech joins the fight: 
permanent debuff of abilities in his combat zone + dash inactivated for the rest of the mission. 
In my opinion, the gravemines are the cause. 
Returning to the Necralyst is enough to fix the problem ... sometimes, otherwise it's orbiter return. 
I remade in speed Isolation Vault, no debuff, dash active as long as I'm not near him, of course. 
It's a shame because Deimos is very fun and interesting in terms of gameplay / difficulty ... Steve, help us ^^

Same and it's infuriating. Not for the dodging of the mechanical but JUST for afterwards with all the infested. I dash for Zen-ergy and for magus lockdown to help with the cc for the horns of infested since I can't exactly stand still and drop a pizza and wait for it to fill up as those suckers hit hard (maybe not for tank frames but I usually play casters over tanks just my thing) So I'm constantly either wasting revives to restore energy or wasting energy restores to stay on the move. At first I thought and hoped it was a controller mapping issue as I'm on console but when I checked theres no operator -mode button setup (which I wouldn't mind but there's so little to it ig it doesn't matter). But yeah it's annoying for solo players especially as they either use cc/dmg/tank only and the other roles get taken up by weapons or operator stuff which while weapons work well, operator seems so busted in the mech rooms

 

And can we talk about how PINPOINT accurate they want your shots to be on the mech as long as you're not using like fulmin shotgun mode or certain beam weapons

Feedback. 
For me, the Operator bugs are fixed on the outside but it can still be improved on necramech in the isolation vault. So thank you.
The endless bounties (excavation, mining, helping Corpus / Grineer) is no longer impacted by the allied necramech, but ... 
hangs at the level of rewards: after a number of rotations (7-10-11), the end of mission reward no longer appears (Amber Ayatan Star, Endo, Mother Token, mods ...). 
Latest: rotation 14 blocked, 3hour30, 873 M Token. This is no endless.
