Xaku's Drops?

Not as if I'm really salty that it's in bounties or anything but, do you also get Xaku's parts in any other strategy like if you get her parts from Otak or someone else for standing?

No. Just as a bounty reward.

A second, less common alternative, if rng is hitting too hard, is to farm up the plat and buy it from the market.

Though I find the price a bit steep tbh.

Personally I found getting the blueprints for all the parts to be pretty easy; it is clearly marked on all of the bounties that they drop from, and you can repeatedly do them until you receive the drop. Including doing the Heart of Deimos quest, it took me a handful of hours.  Each part is only in the uncommon tier rarity, and every "stage" of the bounty gives you a chance at the item.  I'm not a fan of hard grinds, and this didn't come close to feeling like a grind.  But that's just my experience.

I will say that getting the materials to actually build those blueprints seems like a much bigger challenge than obtaining the blueprints, but part of that is surely due to the bugs that are making obtaining those materials difficult.  They'll fix them soon enough I'm sure.
