Drop Tables on Deimos Bounty Bugged?

I've noticed that the second bounty offered (and the subbounties offered when out and about) seem to have a very weird, buggy drop table - not only does the bonus reward for completing all additional objectives rarely appear, but it seems oddly 'weighted' - I've gotten ten nano applicator mods (meant to be the rarest tier of reward), each one labelled as 'new', but haven't got any other drops other than endo! Of course, this might just be bad RNG, but at this point it seems like something is deeply wrong with however the RNG is determining which reward to give out.

I have the same issue with the rewards feeling weighted.

Many drops within the "COMMON" drop table are much, MUCH more difficult to get than the "UNCOMMON", and even "RARE" drops.

It's probably not a bug per se, it's probably just DE making a few of the "COMMON" drops (such as endo) infinitely more likely to drop than the other items within the "COMMON" loot table, making all other loot from said drop table harder to farm. This is combined with the fact that the very first STAGE of a Bounty may guarantee a COMMON drop, but subsequent stages may only reward uncommon and/or rare drops, further increasing the difficulty of farming "COMMON" drops.

While non of this is a bug per se, as previously stated, it still doesn't make any sense that the common drops are several orders of magnitude more difficult to farm than all of the uncommon and rare items combined.

A very painful example of this problem is the Scintillant, which is supposed to be a COMMON drop from the second easiest bounty in Deimos.
