Capacity is not working

I have been playing with some new weapons since yesterday and leveling up, then i found that my weapon's capacity is the same from the level before, then i tried with a diferent frame and other weapons but the capacity stayed the same after leveling up

What now?

Equipment has a minimum Capacity equal to your Mastery Rank (x2 if Potato'd),
and only upon the item's Rank passing your MR will you start gaining more.
