Heart of Deimos Quest Markers and Dialogue Bugs

Had several bugs within the quest parts in public area. After your first visit to the heart, you get a message upon returning to the public area to "follow Loid", yet all he did was hover in front of me wherever I went. I had to guess where to go because other than the Entrati family talking amongst themselves, there was no indicator on where to go except for a marker on the pedestal in front of Mother. Going to this marker did nothing, and after wandering around for 5 minutes with nothing happening I just happened to stumble upon the next area I was supposed to go to and then the quest advanced. But the only reason I discovered this was from watching tennocon...I feel like if this bugginess happened to anyone who hadn't seen the demo they wouldn't be able to find the next step at all.

The second issue I ran into is the encounter with Grandmother. Halfway through the dialogue her voice cuts out entirely (captions continued without voice)...and then the game froze after her dialogue was complete and I had to restart the game.

Overall the quest is fun, I just wish I had waited longer to play it so it wouldn't be marred by bugs...well, the non-infested kind that is.

I also had the dialogue/audio issue, the game just doesn't present a user response box. I had this with my first meeting with Father and Grandmother. Rebooting was the only option to fix it. 

I also had the "Follow Loid" problem. Exiting the node and re-entering fixed that. It seems the markers are not triggering right.

I have also just run into the Grandmother bug. Restarted the game and tried again, same issue. The first few lines are fine, the next few I see the subtitles with no audio, then she just sits there and cycles through her idle animation, and you can't leave the conversation (not that it is one any more). No responsive controls or on screen UI, only way out is to terminate the game. Quest progress well and truly blocked.

 

(Oh, I had the Loid bug too. But that was easily fixed by following a Reddit suggestion to restart and go back to the Necralisk again to make the quest marker spawn properly).

I am having identical issue to CoriCelesti in regards to the conversation with Grandmother, down to being locked into the conversation while she idles, forever. Tried twice.

Edit: by "tried twice" I mean I completely restarted the game and tried again after the first time.
