Returning Player Can't Access Anything in Ship After Finishing Awakening

I am a returning player and after reinstalling the game I am loaded into the awakening tutorial.  After finishing it I am loaded into the ship but am unable to access anything on the ship.  It loads all of my old equipment but I can only walk around the ship everything says "Segment Required" including Navigation, Codex, and Armory.  I have tried restarting the game and restarting the PS4 but everytime I do it loads me back into awakening which I complete and then I am back into the ship where I can not do anything.  Need help in getting this fixed so I can go into the Vor's Prize quest line.
