Deadlock Protocol Door Bug

So pretty much, I'm trying to finish the Deadlock Protocol quest and when they send you out to get the parts for the Xoris it seems that always on vault C the door leading to the room will never open for me no matter how many times i've tried. Not sure if this is just a bug for me, but I've looked at other videos of people hacking the console and the door opening like normal, so I have no clue what the problem is. Because of this I cannot finish the quest and have looked to see if anybody else was experiencing this and have seen nothing so far, so if anybody knows the reason why this is happening to me, please let me know.
