Cannot complete Naamah, Europa Assassination Node due to Raptor Explosive payload not despawning after detonation

The explosive payload the Raptors drop after dying does not despawn after detonating, and I am unable to extract, rendering the mission unable to be completed (though I received the sigil for beating the Raptors and the customary message from Stalker). I have played through the mission several times and have encountered the same bug.

Edit: On the most recent attempt, after destroying one of the conveyors with the payload, it did not despawn and the Raptors also failed to spawn.

Edit2: I have since been able to complete the mission without issue.
