Paris and Cernos bow string animations not working with fire rate mods

When fire rate mods are equipped to the Paris, the bow string animation does not work. The bow string stays still when the bow is charged while the arrow is still pulled back.

Edit: This glitch also occurs when fire rate mods are equipped to the Cernos (glitch worsens as fire rate goes up). The Daikyu on the other hand works just fine with fire rate mods.
