Necramech's Storm Shroud has too high damage reduce

In 28.0.1 you have remove the 100% damage reduce to 80% when they act as friendly forces, but those Necramech in isolation vault still owns 100% damage reduce and acts this skill too offen for us to eliminate it in a reasonable time ,it delays the quest too much , this directly influence the lv3 isolation vault.
