Syndicate Help (Deimos Spoilers)

So, I'm trying to rank up and reach rank 2 with the Necraloid so I can get the main blueprint for the Necramech, but I can't because one of the requirements for the next rank is a Sepulcram blueprint. I can't get the blueprint from father because it's locked behind mastery rank 14. Is there some other way to get it, or am I just screwed? All the work I've put in will be for nothing if I can't even get to rank 2. I'm only mastery rank 11.

I’m mastery rank 11 almost 12 so the only way is to build a lot of weapons,Warframes and finishing the Starchart

The only get-around scenario I can think of is if it lets you grab the blueprint as a reward for ranking up with the Entrati, otherwise I don't think there's any other way, sorry.
