I've done this bounty probably countless times in a group of four, and we can never, ever, manage to successfully get all the uploads. Every time he only manages to get 19 to 20, and the limit is 25. He is given less than 60 seconds in this. Thus, we never get the bonus. I've tried Slowva. I've tried Limbo. I even tried Gara and no luck. He still can't finish the uploads in time. I've heard those that are in a group of three or less manages to succeed at this. Frankly, it's getting frustrating.

Here's the trick:

During collection phase, let him get hurt. The lower his health, the faster he uploads.

During upload phase, make sure he his shields never go down. As long as his shields are full, he call upload all 25 bits of data in 30 sec.
