Did anyone else never receive any email with the reward code?

And to preemptively answer questions I'll probably be asked: Yes, I entered my email into the pop-up box. And also, yes, I submitted a support ticket before the deadline and got confirmation that it was forwarded to the team handling the issue.

Support say the Problem is solved, never receive anything.

i didn't get my code right away an contacted DE support an got my code like a week later

My friend says he got his email, but I never did

EDIT: Hilariously it just came through in the last couple minutes

They have cleaned their hands. I have received a message today saying that they won't sent more messages and they won't wont do anything else: "Please note that we're unable to provide the rewards for players who were unable to receive the email after the final batch was sent out."
