An interesting observation in an Isolation Chamber

Dunno if anybody's made a post about this yet, so apologies if that's the case.

So y'all know that weird void thing in the Entrati Isolation Chambers? The one where you can see the void through it.

Well, if you look through it for long enough, you'll see something that resembles an Orokin ship fly past. And that same ship appears in The Duviri Paradox trailer (which I'll timestamp below).

Nice catch! I don't think it's a ship tho, from what I've seen it looks more like some sort of ayatan monster like the golden maw (from TWW). This probably also explains why some people have found that same worm by clipping through the ground

Hohoho, that is a very valid point, and I did not know that people had found it by clipping out the map, but that's interesting information all the same

I have numerous screenshots of it, the best one is probably this one. A bit fuzzy from the quest, but the best view of it I've seen so far.

Definitely Orokin, and definitely looks like a worm. Do we have any clue what the Sentient worm ships were supposed to look like? Could they have initially been made by the Orokin?

With that kind of architecture/aesthetic, I don't doubt they were made by the Orokin, and given the fact that they'd already made fish primes to help maintain the Vallis, I wouldn't put it past them to make massive worm-like creatures to help maintain the Void (or something to that effect).

My line of thinking was more, Sentients are on record as having Worm Ships. Sentients were made by the Orokin to travel through the void to a different system and build there. Sentients would have been provided void-capable ships to make the journey with.

Thus, in my mind at least, an Orokin looking ship that looks like a worm = Sentient ship, especially given the noises made in the trailer.

What their presence near Deimos means however is another story. Is the ship actually near Deimos, is it even aware that Deimos is "nearby", or is it simply travelling from one location to another and it's path just so happens to coincide with the window looking out from Deimos?

So crazy thought, is it possible that the Orokin aethetic was inspired by something they found or saw, in or from the void? Something that inspired the early Orokin to model their entire culture around it?

And if we want to go full paradox, the Orokin made something that then somehow ended up back in time, kickstarting their whole civilization. If the primitive Orokin were to find a crashed or derelict future Orokin vessel, it would definately leave a mark on how they designed things.

That's a crazy theory, I like it. Thought it seems to me,given the recent lore, that the void was discovered relatively late, then again you never know

Spoiler

Also, for those that have unlocked the fourth requiem lore bit, there's something that might fit this theory: Albrecht Entrati, when experimenting with the void, finds himself. I haven't gotten to the fifth part yet (pls don't spoil) but it seems that he discovers the time bending effects of the void, something that might lead to a paradox as you described. One could call it a... Duviri Paradox (I know this is very conspirational, don't trust it too much)
