conservation Avichaea is bugged...

so doing the conservation (i greatly dislike this forced stuff..) 

i have attempted this several times in different cycles and spoken with tenno on various platforms also having this issue 

after using echo lure the creature spawns in the top of the rock in a physically inaccessible point

Or they don't spawn at all.

generally out of the 3 available spawn points I see per visit to the open world, only one will generate a bird. 

If the call point is in a cave - no bird.

 

 

if the track start point is 100+ meters from the yellow circle that appears after activating it, no footprints until you get in to the circle (and randomly stumble across them) and no bird after calling.

if it does appear, and is not bugged, its a tiny dot 100m in the sky thats damn near impossible to see.

BTW- i'm basing "no bird" on the fact that after doing the call, no where in the area will the tranq rifle beep that there is a target nearby (unless there are some other random wildlife - but once you clean those out, nothing.  And nothing highlighted by synthesis scanner.  And in the first two cases, Son doesn't talk after successfully doing the call.

thanks, after 6 hours I got the 5 i needed to level up (well I got lucky and had a login booster as I actually only found 3 birds in that 6 hours).  Have no intention of doing any more bird hunting unless forced to as a progression stopper.

Hi,

Confirmed. Same spot every time.

Only one spawn in the entire map when this happens, it seems.

No other place (that was documented in this forums by others) did provide Avichaea for us (Me & my buddy).

 

We did start a Necramech bounty and checked for the Avichaea. It worked. So we aborted and got back to 'mom.

1st try : 3 Avichaea outside the structure.

2nd try: 1 Avichaea that spawned inside and slowly moved outside.

Next we did "free exploration" and caught one.

 

So if it's stuck in the structure, exit and re-enter or launch another mission. We got more Avichaea when we did it as a side mission than actually trying to farm it.

but if you fly by the pride area some can spawn there normally
