Keratinos bug: interaction Primed Reach + Heavy Attack

Edit: I was wrong. Further testing seems to indicate it does work correctly.

 

Not using exact range numbers so people won't get hung up on the numbers. Assume 3 ranges short, medium, long instead where short is the unmodded normal attack & medium is the unmodded heavy attack

 

So, without Primed Reach:

Normal attack is short

Heavy attack is medium

Normal attack after a Heavy Attack with 12x combo becomes medium.

 

Add Primed Reach

Normal attack becomes medium = as expected

Heavy attack becomes long = as expected

Normal attack after a Heavy Attack with 12x combo REMAINS medium instead of long. It's as if the special mechanic sets the range and seems to disregard the presence of the Primed Reach mod.

This is a rather bad bug as the normal attack is terrible at short range so you want to add range.  But when you trigger the 12x combo HA mechanic, it fails to work correctly with Reach so you wasted a slot. Would be nice to fix this before too many people get to use this and bring up this bug. I looked into it after seeing comments on Tactical Potato's video where someone claimed it was bugged (it is).
