Strange timing bug, no way to leave Drift

So, not mad, just wanting to know if this is a new bug or something that maybe is a once in a million perfect timing glitch.

I was trying to do an isolation vault, was working it solo, and in the part where the toxin levels are rising I wasn't killing enemies fast enough to maintain toxicity levels.  Additionally, was dieing often and had to use most of my revives, but where the bug comes in is I died from my last revive (Which would normally auto abort the mission back to the necralisk I assume) at the exact same second that the toxicity levels reached 100, failing the bounty but what would allow me to continue in the Drift normally.  Once dead, I was stuck in what would have been a revive/mission failed view of my dead corpse, but with no prompt or HUD at all. Went to the esc menu and hit abort mission, selected to respawn at the necralisk, it told me I couldn't abort the mission because the mission was already aborted. Tried to spawn in my orbiter, same error. I ended up Alt F4-ing Warframe to get out of it.  Crazy bug, I'm thinking it's a timing thing where my death triggered a mission failed end and the toxicity levels triggered a bounty fail at the same time, making it so the game didn't know where to put me and since mission fail no longer has a prompt to abandon, I was stuck with no way out of that screen.
