That’s literally not what I said at all. His abilities at base are terrible. Any significant function are all tied to his synergies. So he’s completely dependent on them. CopperBezel Posted September 3, 2020 Share Posted September 3, 2020 It's definitely a meaningful distinction, in that frames can have a lot of synergy between abilities without those abilities being good in their own right, like Gara's 1 that exists only for breaking her 4 to power up her 2. Garuda's Bloodletting is another example that doesn't depend on two abilities having an extra interaction built in - it wouldn't be a good ability if not for her passive increasing her damage output at low health and Blood Altar offering a fallback to heal, but because she has those things, halving her health can be beneficial and also not be a great cost to her. But at the very least, we can say that Nezha's not in any danger of that - his 2 and 4 are useful on their own and just get better together.
