I have also found that you can't guild your infested pet at max rank and all necessary resources needed to go through this process. Son just says you need to spend more time together and the message says your pet needs to max rank and not been guilded before

Edit: Fridge Thought. Could it be because I'm building whole new Frames and Subsuming them at Rank 0? I wouldn't think so, but code does weird things sometimes.

I been having the same problems as well, anytime I try to change a power the same happens to me now as well, very frustrating, sometimes the power rank fluctuates between saying rank 0 or rank 3 as well but since my first ability change on Sunday I haven't been able to change ANY ability despite using all those resources.

You mean the Sepulcrum? Cause to activate its alt-fire you first need to kill 5 enemies with its primary firing mode.

It's not a visual bug. Injecting the ability consumed byproducts which I then spent resources to replenish, and then when I went to the Arsenal the ability was unchanged.

I think, when it comes to the Helminth system, the game legitimately believes that my Rank 30 Frame is unranked.

I just find a kind of "solution" about necramech level up, you can use it but you must to return to warframe each 3 min or maybe less and go back to necramech again. It's kinda exhausting but is useful to level up the meca. I used excalibur umbra and wukong to level up my necramech. Btw don't spawn another meca because you lose all your xp. I think this can be useful.

It could also be that our helminths are glitched and not assigning abilities like it should be, hope they can fix it for us.

So I was doing okay with the lotus flowers on Helminth until the last one I did - I had subsumed 3, had 3 flowers. After subsuming my 4th, still 3 flowers - but I noticed the Excalibur lotus had replaced the Nidus one. The Nidus one is now nowhere to be found.

I just played Orb Mother and suddenly I couldn't aim, shoot, transfer, or use the 'Use' key anymore. PS4 if that matters

I'm Rank 4 with the Helminth, so I figure it's either a bug or there's something I don't understand about the system.

We just recently Hotdropped a fix for this on consoles and ran a script to restore the missing flowers :)

What about the bounty where you defend a corpus while collecting and then he has to upload. If there is a full group there’s no way to get the bonus. He never get touched and can’t get any higher then 20 to 22 uploads. 25 isn’t possible.

I think my account got flagged by the anti-cheat system because of the vulpaphyla devolution bug, I have a long trade ban and didn't get a notification about it. Just happened to discover it randomly.. I submitted a ticket but I'm still extremely anxious of ending up banned over something that is entirely out of my control... I dunno what to do

Scintillant Changes:

General note re: Scintillant! We discussed it earlier on in the week, and realized the Scintillant description was too vague in terms of other methods to acquire it and updated its description in the last Hotfix. We ran stats and the amount collected was too low, which is widely accepted from the community to be the case. While we all start with baseline ‘0’ for new Updates, this Resource is an outlier in how slowly it’s being accrued, which is to say current pacing not our intention. They should feel like a revised Cetus Wisp, but when we compared the two, and considering more people are playing Heart of Deimos and how many Scintillant are needed, they were lower to a degree that doesn’t make sense with their hookup. Here is how we are fixing that today: 

• Isolation Bounty Necramech’s now have a chance to drop Scintillant.
• Fixed issues with being able to pick up Scintillant within the Vault environments. 
• Increased the spawn chance of Scintillant within Vault environments. 
• Removed Scintillant as one of the Weapons Entrati members ‘Parts Requisition’ Tasks.
• Added a slight glow effect to the Scintillant to increase visibility.
• Increased the audio loop sound effect when a Scintillant is nearby. 

Changes:

• Enabled proper Necarloid items to be a free Reward for hitting Rank 3. 

Fixes:

I hope they really fix the Scintillant thing, it very overwhelming and i had to give up WF For a while till all the Hotfixes and updates are done. 
 

its sad how people are being toyed with. How do i play 40x the same mission to get something and it will never drop 1 and i needed 5 for each weapon parts ? Total of 10. HOW HOW HOW HOW ?????? (Sad) tears...
 

ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THE GRANDMOTHERS TOKEN requesting too many resources from each family member to get 20 of those just for the 1 ....... SHARD thing, cant remember the name because i gave up.

To rank up with MOTHER, at 44,000 standings, its requesting a MEDJAY tag something if i am not mistaken the name, resource i cant find anywhere at all, and wont drop as Today special for me to buy with plats from the Son. 

playing for Six years and i know its been even Worse in the past than this, which i called fun, but repeating it always now, isnt.

   Did you notice that after the ISOLATION VAULT MISSION, to extract from the vault and using the FLOWER as the exit route, IT ALWAYS TAKES PLAYERS OUT OF THE MAP AND FLOATING... 
I had been stuck and when i came out after being there for over 20 mints, it reads MISSION FAILED; i found it hard to cry, well i DID CRIED. Because i went solo and did all my best to get everything done and, that happened.

Discounted the anger in my wife when she came to talk to me, had to beg her on my knees. Haha

And please bring back THE LAWS OF RETRIBUTIONnnnnnn.

It's an animal you hunt through conservation. Just buy a pheromone from the Son's shop (for standing) and, I think, you're guaranteed to get a rare species of the animal you need.
