Exploiter orb mission can't be completed

After the fight in deck 12, Orb is nowhere to be found. Have to extract and fail the mission. Mission objective "Make condensed thermia" doesn't update.

Edit: Also when u enter deck 12 in the first room there the loading happens. Stay for minute in that room near by the slide down and mine some nodes. Exploiter will spawn in that room glitching  thru walls
