Scintillant seems to desync between clients.

Ran a mission with a friend, who managed to find a Scintillant inside a vault. I went to the location where he indicated he found it and there was nothing there. I scoured practically every inch of that goddamn tile and found nothing.

This wasn't a case of it flying away, as I was probably a few meters away from him when he found it.
