Isolation Vault Bug

I encountered a bug with the isolation vault bounty in cambion drift where upon exiting the lower caves with the tentacle, it would not react to the button prompt and I then fell through the map. After the game teleported me back up into the vault, I was unable to access the menu and retrying the tentacle repeated the same behavior. The only way i was able to leave was to exit the game and reload.

Edit: may i also add that sometimes, when entering the cambion drift from the nekralisk, the is a long delay between the loading icon disappearing and the doors actually opening, sometimes seemingly not opening at all, leaving you stuck in the loading room.

A friend of mine also ran into this bug multiple times as a client when I hosted. Very annoying.

For future reference until this bug is fixed, you can leave the vault the way you came in through the tunnels. Also it seemed to work fine for her when I let her use the tentacle first.

Another report on here regarding the same problem stated that they couldn't enter the nekralisk upon leaving "manually", must have been lucky. But yeah, it seems to be a client side thing. One way I managed to make sure I could leave was to exit the vault without using the exophage, then leave the squad into a server where I was by myself and go to the nekralisk.
