Helminth Empower doesn't work with Razorwing

The Empower ability has no effect on damage from Dex Pixia while in Razorwing. I made my tests in simulacrum with unmodded Titania and there is no damage increase after applying Empower before Razorwing. Maybe it applyes to Razorflies but I can't see their damage numbers. At same time the Growing Power aura procs as intended. I thought that maybe the Empower doesn't work with toggle abilities but it works well with the Exalted blade ability.

Empower doesn't stack with growing power; is this possibly the cause of the issue?

 

I don't know why it doesn't, but it absolutley doesn't.

I used Growing power only as an example of similar mechanic. Before that I tested an unmodified titania. Growing power boosts the damage from Dex Pixia while Empower doesn't.

Completely fair, just offering a possible explanation ( feels like it should stack with GP, too, but whatever).

 

As an aside and not germane to the subject, the ammo efficiency power is kinda crazy on her.

Just wanted to add to what you've said, I've been testing empower with artemis bow (ivara's 4) and Razorwing (titania's 4).

I can say for certain after viewing recordings of testing in simulacrum that  slash damage from dex dixia are never buffed by empower.
