Sly Vulpaphyla - The worst precepts

Starting off: The effect is pretty bad. 40% evasion chance when you kill an enemy, -until your next attack- is terrible in a horde shooter. It's extremely likely you are constantly attacking, which puts this ability down to about zero use. The effect is cancelled pretty much the moment it is applied, in almost all cases.

I'd suggest giving this more value by making the Vulpaphyla give you evasion chance while you're reloading. This would tailor it much more specifically to a situation where it might prove useful.

But there is a much bigger issue: The visual effect. Streaks of distortion wafting through the air are indeed a nice representation of the effect, but there's two problems with it.

One: You can't see ANYTHING while the effect is active. THis isn't a problem while the Sly Vulpaphyla is alive, because then the effect has downtime. But if the Vulpa goes down and goes into its larva, the effect is practically permanent, and it makes it incredibly difficult to aim at enemies.

Two: It seems extremely heavy to render. It's causing framedrops on my machine, and this thing is pretty solid, so I can only imagine what this would do to people with less powerful PCs.

The visual effect absolutely must be redone. It is cripplingly bad.
