Operator can't go back into Warframe and Scintillant low ratedrop

I do solo Isolation vault mission lv3 at Heart of Deimos. After I defeat Necramech
,my tenno can't press5 to go back to warframe but i can fire amp and use voiddash.
And lastone. I do many Bounty2 almost 10round and i got only1 scintillant.
I think it not common reward. pls fix it

It is one of the rarest drops. I've done lots and lots of T2 bounties and vault runs and got 2 in total(actually 1 I had booster on).

Please for the love of god fix operator being unable to go back to warframe. This is frustrating beyond belief.
