Various Plains of Eidolon Issues

I have just joined my friend to do some fishing in PoE during the nighttime, and ?I have found a lot of issues:

- The fishing did not work at all for me as the client. Using Luminous Dye did not work at all - meaning I could throw it, but it just disappeared.
- Catching a fish yielded no fish for me, as the client. I Encountered the same issue on Deimos as well.

- We went mining and Vomvalysts kept spawning inside the Grineer cave system, as well as the infested Kavats spawning right behind me on occasion.

- I could not see the Vomvalysts in their ghost form as the client, they just appeared like they still had their armor.

EDIT:
- I was walking past the geyser and it does not have any animations, it looks like a regular pile of rocks.
