I bought twitch prime just to get the rewards but the link is not even working it keeps saying that "link is not found" each time i try to click on the rewards. Support system is a joke and i dont know where to post this so i apologize in advance. Any help would be greatly appreciated or suggestions, thank you fello Tennos!

Katinka Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 I don't think I can help much then as that sounds like a problem with your connection since the link works for me. Maybe try from a different device if possible? Also, you might want to check that the 'Prime Gaming' part of Amazon Prime is actually available in your region, as I believe some countries don't get it. If it's not, then you might want to ask Amazon for a refund if they've sold you a service you can't actually get.
