MR locked but i need it to rank up necraloid

So i need the sepulcrum blueprint to rankup necraloid but when i try to get the blueprint from father it says its MR Locked and i cant rank up my necraloid i think that the blueprint should be buyable but for crafting its MR locked cuz i cant rank up the syndicate without the blueprint and this is in the new deimos place btw

Totally agree with you dude im mr11 and i grinded all the necramech parts and i need the blueprint only to come to the conclusion i need 3 more mastery ranks to get the damn blueprint.
