Cannot complete the Corpus Crystal - Nightwave Crime Scene 2

I've seen many reports of this so far, hoping maybe it will be rolled into a hotfix soon. 

Solved the puzzle but saw no "inspect" menu on the stone pillar. Had to hard-quit the game and restart, losing time and resonance. 😕
