Cannot continue follow up Isolation Vaults (T2/T3) - Stuck in collect bait

Isolation Vault bugs out when continuing from the first vault, soft-locking progress. It happened to me in the phase 1 of the T2 and T3 vaults; which is the phase where you collect bait. There are quest markers marking the different bait locations. But no matter how many we collect, nothing happens. The mission text doesn't show on the screen either so no way to see how much bait we have to grab. The quest shows in the menu, however:

 

Has occurred to me 3 times so far, two times without Fass-Vome cycle switch, and one with. May not be related to the old cycle switch bug. We had to extract in all times to cancel the mission and restart at phase 1.
