Alt accounts violate TOS?

So i recently made the stupid error of buying Inaros prime access on an ancient alt account that i forgot I even had. I've already submitted support tickets on both accounts, immediately after I realized my mistake. Anyway, after scrolling through the forums I noticed people talking about how alt accounts violate the TOS? I checked the TOS and it said it would be handled on a case by case basis. The two accounts have never interacted with each other, besides me frantically logging in and out of both to check my support tickets. I haven't even logged in on my alt in game for a few years. So am I screwed and just wasted $80? If anybody has had this issue, and gotten it resolved I would really appreciate to hear about your experience. Thank you!

Alt accounts as a whole don't Violate TOS, but like it says "a case by case basis". This is because there are exploits you can do with alt accounts, say spamming alt accounts to get a 75% off coupon and then transferring to your main. I'm not sure how support will deal with your case, but I hope that they fix it!

I don't know about your Inaros Prime, but having multiple accounts is fine. I also have 3 Accounts, just dont let them interact with each other and you are good.

I'm not sure if there's any precedent, but it might be possible to contact support, and have them transfer the sale to your main account (i.e. deleting the items from the alt and adding them to the main)? Might be worth a shot, especially to avoid cross-account trading.

Don't know whether anything can be done about the purchase (I guess you'll find out soon enough), but having multiple accounts won't cause any problems as long as they don't interact.

I'm pretty sure alts only violate ToS if they interact, OE, trading with yourself.

Usually if you ticket any purchase within 24-hours, you should be good, BUT DE is very busy right now.

Also, there was some FAQ notes about claiming/using the items, though I don't remember the exact instruction.

I wonder how they detect interaction. Like you can accidentally trade with yourself if they are tracking all plat transactions and one account traded plat lands on your alt through chains of trades.... 
I kind of want to create alt account, because i see a people having issues with mastery rank and i'm convinced that it's pretty easy to get 10+ at the start of the game.

As long as you're not using them to move plat or abuse the coupon RNG, you're fine.

Of course content creators got away with doing so, hand-over-fist, but the creator program has since been rebooted.

basically you can have a alt account but trading things between them can be a dicey matter as can be seen as kinda cheating.
there is a simple chance that DE could transfer the inaros prime from your alt accoutn to your main or rather cancel your purchase an have you rebuy it on your main
