Prime mods disappearing from inventory

Before the recent hot fix I put a forma on my Soma Prime and I put Prime Rifle Mutation on it. After the hot fix my Prime Rifle Mutation went missing and so did my Prime pistol mutation so I looked at my other gear and noticed most of my Prime Mods for both Warframes and weapons are missing.
