Any One Having Issues Getting Necrathene From Blue Mineral Spots? (Gotten 0)

I have mined 200+ blue mineral spots in the Cambrion Drift and have gotten 0 Necrathene. It's deemed the rare, but I've gotten 20+ Embolos and Xenorhast each (which are deemed legendary). Still have 0 Necrathene. Anyone else having this issue? 

Edit: Got 6 Embolos/Xenorhast in a row. No Necrathene. Interesting

Edit: I have tried a bunch of mining with every drill. No luck. I am not the only one affected by this.

Use the adanced mining tool you get from the plains. You get less very rare / legendary gems but more of the other ones. Did over 2 hours of mining without a single necrathene until i started using that mining tool, where i got all the stuff i needed in 10 minutes (thanks to resource and smeeta boosters)

I just used the Pillars. Took forever, but at least it was more consistent.

You know those pillars with pictures of Requiem mods? You can get resources out of them If you've completed the War Within.

Will try pillars. Different drills didn't help
