Railjack star chart (navigation) stopped working

I was doing the "complete 3 RJ missions" NW and used Nav without issue, but after finishing the third one the "star chart" came up with the nodes for the proxima but no names, and clicking the nodes didn't work. I couldn't use right-click to zoom out (escape and zoom out button still worked) but again no names over the proximas / dojo, so I was stuck and had to abort mission.

 

I'm not sure how to reproduce this, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary on the third mission.

Having the same issue right this moment. Did two consecutive Gian Point runs and now cannot interact with the navigation map.

Edit: Was able to kill myself by crashing into some rocks, but that didn't fix it.
