Slow load into Orbiter causing weird things

I recently picked Warframe back up after a few weeks off, and at some point a new End Mission screen was introduced. Since this introduction, my orbiter has shown to load in waaaaay slower than it normally would, causing all decorations to appear after a few seconds, as well as the Man in the Wall, who has been in my Orbiter 100% every time I return to it (apart from login).

Does anyone else encounter this issue, or is it just my luck to have to hear "Hey Kiddo" while my Orbiter decorations slowly reveal themselves. I imagine it's due to my poor laptop and internet connection, tied with how many decorations I have, but I would like to know why this never happened until recently. 

Adding onto this, just now while I was in a squad, one of the squad members picked a mission to queue while I was still loading into my Orbiter. After I loaded in, I couldn't see my squad members names in the Escape Menu, I couldn't accept the mission, I couldn't decline the mission. I opened navigation, only to see every node missing from the current planet (being Jupiter), nor could I click on any other planet after I zoomed out. I can really only think all of these issues are tied to this end mission results screen.
